1) Install Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit version or any other 64 bit Operating System

•   Configure the static IP address
•   Activate Auto Updates
•   Add role - Active Directory Services
•   Add role - Active Directory Lightweight Services
•   Add feature - Windows Process Activation Service
